scaffolding (honest)

ok so i left it a bit late last night for my blip, hence the awful picture. It is however of a scaffolding near our house which has been there for over two years now! It looks as though whoever originally did some work on the building has made a right mess of the stonework and is presumably in dispute with the occupants. It seems weird to leave the scaffolding there though for all this time: including the slogan "setting the standard in stone fpr a watertight investment"!
