Ouch!

I went out to the garage for the red recycling box early this morning and walked into the leg of the garden table - my ankle immediately swelled up like a blue egg. I have applied ice packs and some Tubigrip and sat with it elevated most of the day - it's feeling a little better this evening.

Looks worse in LARGE!
