Summer day

It has been the most glorious day today. We basked in sunshine and watched the clouds throwing shapes high in the sky. The seas were like glass and the wind had gone on holiday.

Somehow I managed to get a load of work done and fitted in some badminton, a chat with friends and a cycle. As I stopped for a breather on the far side of the island it occurred to me that all I needed was lashings of ginger beer to complete the day.
