The tears shed do not represent the weak, the useless, the undeserving. They do not mean that you are less than anyone else around you. Tears simply mean you are capable of feeling, you are in touch with your inner being, you have the ability to let go, and let it out. At times tears should be held in, but never longer than you can handle.
