The Edinburgh festivals are in full flow and its great!. I know that lots of locals often complain about how busy it is and leafleteers abound, but if you think about it - it's GREAT. How lucky are we that the world descends on our doorstep and we don't even have to travel to see the weird and wonderful!

Saw this street performer from Ireland on the High Street on Sunday and enjoyed an entertaining 10 minutes watching before wandering off to Teviot for an alfresco drink and a bit of comedy.
