Magnificent or mad?

Heading for Spain and the most magnificent view of La Concha and the rest of the bay of San Sebastian, but en-route we stopped at a services in the foot hills of the Pyrenees and saw this spectacular tribute to the Tour de France.

I think it exemplifies the magnificence of the achievement of these athletes each year - or is it madness?

The sculpture was great any way.
