A little local fun

Yes. That is a blind-folded waiter filling up that child's glass without spilling a drop of water on the expectant boy's head! I witnessed this quite a few times at one of our steakhouses in town. When water unexpectedly started falling over my head into my cup, I couldn't help but be impressed (and really surprised!). The precision the waiters at this place have is unreal! ...I took quite a few photos for today and had a hard time deciding on my blip... until I went to dinner! It seems silly, but small things like water tricks truly separate a good business from a great business! I can't wait to go back :)
