My sister and her children are coming to stay next week so today I cooked and baked in preparation. It was a busy day, but productive - it's good to know that a few meals are ready and waiting in the freezer. It always makes life a little easier. Nick, the girls and I went to the beach to give doggo a run and breathe in the salty air. It was a sultry warm evening and busy too. I felt a little indignant given that often I am one of the only people there and it made me realise just how spoilt I am to live where I do.
