The Finishing Touches.

Drove to Earlston to pick up the flowers for our wedding on Monday. Liz got these to match the colours in my kilt, and they are really great. She is very happy with them. Beth and Liz have spent the last 2 days making and decorating 75cup cakes - a bit more time consuming than Liz had thought, but these are now complete as well. Sgian Dubh is also finished - I might blip that tomorrow.
New lens arrived yesterday - my tele zoom ( Bought in May ) refuses to autofocus, repair would take too long, needed a quick solution, bought a 70 - 300 VR to use at the wedding and in Venice. It is bigger and heavier, but seems to be quicker and sharper than its wee brother.
Vows written and given the ok by the Registrar.
I think we can start looking forward to going up to the hotel tomorrow.
