Crystal Trains

Well first, thanks to Bisk for the inspiration for today - his photo of St John's church in Crystal Palace inspired a trip across town to see if I could find it.

Silly me, I got to Crystal Palace and then realised I didn't have the directions. FYI, it's almost impossible to search blip for photos that aren't tagged - should so be able to search by comments. After trying blip and google to find it, I failed - but could remember "Auckland Road". So with google maps on the phone, off I went to find it.

Turns out it's a big road. I got a photo of the sign for Auckland Road for the Kiwis, and eventually came across a church. Turned out to be the right one (although I didn't know this until I got home).

Got some great shots (imho) but on the return I took a couple of shots at Crystal Palace station (Platform 3 and 4 are great for empty track photos btw). Much debate and asking s2 for his opinion, and I decided to drop my HDR photo of the church, and go for a track photo.
