Quiet evening

Had to wait a while before posting since the first thunderstorm just passed over. It had been building all day, the weather felt sticky from the increased humidity. So the rain was really welcome this evening. Just to be on the safe side I un-plugged modem, computer, television and video. At last there is a forecast that the temperature would fall, I had enough of summer!
Following my trips the last few weekends I am also really glad to be staying at home. A few books to read and (hopefully) tidy up a bit as well. Just now I finished The Algebraist, an excellent book if you like science fiction, highly recommended!
