Where the *&!@ has my falcon gone?

Went to the annual Family Day at a local park today. I got the camera out to blip a display of falconry but despite the guy in the picture swinging a bait around his head for ages, the falcon seemed to have pissed off caught a thermal.

The guy was using a wireless gadget to try to locate the bird but to no avail. It's probably off to give the city centre Glasgow pigeons a square go!
