Eye see you

I was going to head out to Eltham Palace for a visit, but the car decided not to start, so the RAC were called. My duff radio had drained the battery. They were very quick, but by time the car was sorted, the rain had come on, so no visiting today.

So I decided to play with a reversing ring and an old manual lens I had been given to see if I could do some close up macro.

Set up the table, plugged in the portable lamp and tried out some flowers & coins, with fairly good results, for a first go. I then tried a peacock feather and was really please with the result, which is my blip of the day.
