Harebell - the flower . . .

In addition to their delicate stem and tell-tale bell shape flower, the harebell posses a luminosity that makes it stand out from the other flora. Perhaps light is momentarily retained in the deep bell and builds to a certain brightness before escaping.

Whatever the reason, these small flowers dot the lane to the top of Mt. Gabriel and were this blipper's delight.
