achilles tendon injury

I'm hobbling around at the moment through an injury sustained at work.
just thought id let you know-and no flowers please !

i took this over the rail at the bullring shopping centre(mall:P)
it's a trampoline bungee thing for kids
aka another £5 down the drain to their parents.
