"Big American Ian" will be leaving Scotland on Friday morning. This makes me sad. He's a real salt of the earth kinda guy.

He marked the occasion by having M tattoo him with a geeky symbol of some sort. Ian is a super geek... it suits him though, i'll miss our arguments healthy debates. He knows stuff that you just don't need to know which always makes for interesting conversations, we squeezed in a few more of those interesting conversations last night at the pub :)

I really do wish him all the very, very best out in Texas and i'll hopefully get out there next year for a visit.
