done it again, hurt my back. it keeps happening and in the same spot too. i woke myself up as i turned and heard something go. it was half four.that and the cat that just won't stop miaoiwing kept me awake, knackered. tooled up with the rub and the knowledge of a mortgage to pay it was a long sore day. then again i am a man it's probably nothing. trust me it is something it is it is.
