Plumeria and friend

Today was one of those days, and though I was able to do some of the daily work and some yoga, the back is still surprising me. Oh well...tomorrow is another day.

The plumeria tree, which a friend gave to me, has thankfully come into bloom today, because the farthest I wandered was into the yard.

Sheesh...Mentally I am still so immature...so why does my body want to betray that?
