Butterfly or Moth?

Went out to take a swim and saw this butterfly on the butterfly flower - or is it a moth? Not sure. In the corner of picture is a shot of a bee on another part of this flower. I was amazed by his size - just huge! I blipped another bee on this same flower a couple of days ago, but it was only half this size.
