National Play Day

Today (apparently) is National Play Day... so we went and played!! Despite the rain we played outside in the hay bales and the ball pool and with the hook a duck (Katie couldn't reach so hooked from a bucket!) Inside, we played with the box mountain and Katie had her first go on a bouncy castle. We even came away with freebies, including a very gorgeous book that every child got given and a really nice shopping bag for Mummy.

We had a lovely lunch in a proper old-fashioned cafe, found some charity shop bargains and a good time was had by all!
