Tenderloin

Art on Larkin, right in the middle of the Tenderloin, the "loin" is in reference to the sexual parts of the street walkers who roam at night. I've lived in the neighborhood almost a year now and dispite the self talking addicts, the scandalous trannies and the shady dealers there's a copious amount of great restaurants, friendly bars and filled with engrossing characters.
