Observed a programme today - a group of 26 very clever people from a pharma company who are spending 2 days with us up here in the Lakes. As part of our approach to creating high performing teams we set the group a task which was to find a series of clues around the lake in exchange for points.
Spent a lovely couple of hours with Janet on Windermere observing the group and keeping them safe. The group can be seen just ahead paddling one of our Yoles.
