I've never looked at the nutrition information on my favoured muffins before.
I now wish I hadn't.
Still, I've been eating them regularly for some time now and am still my normal weight thanks to copious exercise and avoidance of other popular sources of dietary lard. It is perhaps time to start easing back on them a little. There can surely be absolutely nothing nutritionally beneficial about them and not all fat is subcutaneous.
They're damn tasty, though.
But at 24g apiece it's definitely time to cut down.
Especially when posting this prevents me from posting nice proper pictures of autumnal stuff.
