hmmmm, let me think.

Yesterday wasn't the best day, long and hard for S & I. We have these odd crisis points over the daftest things but thankfully after 22 1/3 years seem to know how to claw our way back again.

It finished well with the pub and today was much better for us but A was tired after a late night and haspicked up on previous tension so has been hard work today. S had to be home to work as he has ear problems. I met a v good friend Gemma today,only see each other a couple of times a year but is fab when we do.We met at this awful hotel in Jamaica. She, Steve and Staurt bonded over the awfullness of the place and had a lovely holiday in the end and have stayed friends for more than 6 years now.

In that six years they have moved in together and we have had A and alsorts of other thingshave happened. With the way friendships drift in and out it is lovely to have these ones that steadily trundle on in the background. It is hard losing friends but lovely to keep these stalwarts.

S walked down to meet us after work and we walked home with a chilled drink from another coffee shop, fed ducks of course!
