Herd en route to uncharted territories

The shepherd always moves on with his herd from one pasture to another without any idea of coming places. He directs the herd, walking side by side, occasionally goes to rear end for keeping them in motion on the path, and of course sometimes giving them a new direction by leading from the front.
I have noticed personally sheep often follow another sheep for mobility or any activity and then all sheep start doing the same thing without the consequences thereof. Just some days ago, I was reading a news item in paper that around 30 sheep died because of blind following of a sheep that was trying to cross a lake. So in such circumstance, the role of a shepherd becomes all the more important and significant.
Sometimes I consider myself in a crowd or mob which needs a direction and mentoring for moving on to green pastures. A mentor, who can help identify me what I am good at or enable me to know how to lead a successful life. As days are coming in and going out and my asset of time is melting away like ice.

This is my 100th blip and I deserve a a pat on my back. This also shows I am moving in some direction but where will this lead me to, I don't know but one thing that I would like to acknowledge here is the Faizan's role, who posts on blipfoto in the name of 'Lazy Guy', in introducing me to this very web site.
