"All Growed Up"

In an attempt to prepare for our 2 1/2 week long road trip, the kids and I headed to the store yesterday in search of shorts and tank tops. We are running a bit short on our summer clothes and will definitely be in need of some when we are in Arizona, Utah, and California.

I told Ms B she could pick out one dress (she already has an entire closet full). No dresses, but she fell in love with a belt...the brightest, pinkest, most sparkly belt in the store. And of course, she doesn't have any pants to wear with it, hence the new skirt.

My thought: "I'll get you the skirt as long as you wear shorts underneath"
My husband: "She's way too young for this!"
Ms B: "Ooooh, I love it!"

So here she is this morning, modeling her new duds.

In the meantime, my son (unbeknownst to me) went into the backyard, tried ever so hard to pull down his pants and diaper, and go "pee pee" in the grass. Good thing we live in the country....this could be our way of potty training him :)
