Day Five - Tourist Fiji

We took a trip to a nearby resort so the boys could take a swim. The local word is that you can use the pool as long as you buy drinks, so we tried it out.

The resort name is "The Pearl" and is a fairly nice place. Most tourists only see the resort side of Fiji and never see the real Fiji. The resorts give a dreamy view of a country ridden with trash, chaos and unkept things. It's really sad actually that the collective people in the country can't see how badly the island is deteriorating.

Anyways, we did have fun hanging out drinking Fiji Bitter, while the boys played in the pool and on the beach. Oh, and they also chased frogs for about an hour, which was tons of fun to watch.
