Reminds me of....

.... the first time we met.

This Bass Rock Gannet chick had just been rescued
and was standing very calmly and unsurprised on the boat.

Some chick, he was huge, big as a Labrador dog.

The red on his feathers is blood from where he had
pecked his rescuer.

This is an early stage in their relationship.
