The real Indiana Jones

Backblipped.

We got the chance to visit Gary's dig today. It was really cool, no Indiana Jones to be found though.

I managed to stitch a few photos together to get a view of the whole site. They were down to about the 15th century here on the dig and you can see what was a street running down the left side of the shot behind the white gazebo.

They have found out there was a river that ran past the top left of the site and there were several dwellings, one of which had an oven in it.

It was pretty cool to see how they put the pieces together to make a picture of how life was lived centuries ago. Thanks Gary!
