Emma at the controls of a Jet Provost

No, Emma hasn't got her pilot's licence. Rather, we went to the Highland Aviation Museum at Inverness Airport today. A great little hidden gem of a place where you are allowed to climb into some of the planes and sit at the controls of aircraft who were vital to maintaining peace during the Cold War (English Electric Lightning, Vickers Valiant, Blackburn Buccaneer). Stan, the volunteer on duty, was old-school RAF and very helpful and welcoming.
