The place for secrets to be uttered

Today we visited Sevastopol and Baclava. It was Navy Day in Sevastopol and so the atmosphere was of a carnival. People were getting married, there were thousands of motorbikes all over the place - it seems Putin may have been in the crowd of bikes too as he was due to visit the war ships in dock the next day. From there we went to Baclava and visited the secret submarine docks. The town itself couldn't look more normal, here is a boat yard, (you can just make out the tunnel exit on the other side) a hotel on the docks. But we walked along the tunnels, saw some old torpedos - there's no doubt they were serious. This particular tunnel is especially lined so that it would be a safe place to speak where nothing could be overheard. I was so pleased to get out of there again!
