If you want to spend some time with a positive person with endless energy, then Phil's your man.

He's also the person responsible for the creativity of the tiles in my kitchen. I guess it was a joint decision in the end, but he did all the work, pushed me to do it, and made it look great.

Here he is renovating the old guest house next to his main house. Big smile, eyes lit up, and having a good time.

Makes me good to know that the world has folks like Phil in it.
