Little House in Balclutha

There are many of these little houses in the Otago area, and they always remind me of the houses we used to draw as children. A door in the middle and a window on either side. Usually there was a sitting room behind one of the windows and the other one would have been the main bedroom, and there would be a passageway down the middle. I find them rather quaint, and can only presume that they belonged to the working families probably around the early 1900's. Some of them are in disrepair now, so they will not be around forever.
