Jeweler's Window

This is a simple display in a jeweler's store window in the center of Northampton--with a large amethyst geode and a mass of pyrite crystals. There's also a reflection of the street, including one of the brick buildings characteristic of our region (I'm partial to reflections).

We had just seen off friends after visiting the Smith College Art Museum. That could have provided today's blip, but this shot took my fancy .
