Museum, eh?

We started today with a big pancake breakfast with strawberry and blueberry sauce in honour of our overnight guests. Haven't made pancakes in ages so it was a real treat!

Napoleon and I decided to finally pop into the National Museum of Scotland because both of us have lived here for years and yet have never been in. We'll have to plan many return trips because we didn't even get off the ground floor! We mostly saw the Scottish history section, one of the more interesting parts being when everyone in the 1600's decided to start burning witches. Those silly numpties, what were they like?

We found this handsome fellow in the religious section for it was a lectern. Pretty silly expression on his face if you ask me!
