Escapology

This guy is my first taste of the madness that is the Edinburgh Festival. Took this shot on the High Street (Royal Mile). He was berating the crowd when I arrived for not being effusive enough. I left before he had finished because I used to live just yards away from this spot and have seen this kind of act too many times. He was from the States, but they tend to be from Australia and New Zealand for some reason.

In a week or so the street will be full of these guys and students performing excerpts of Raoul Moat the Musical. Don't get me wrong - I love the festival, but find juggling, tightrope walking, mime, escapology a little tedious.
