Shaft

The shaft at unit EC 5 is running at 130 RPM at turning gear to "stretch" it while we are warming the steamturbine.
Because of the flash it looks like the shaft is stopped....
This hatch gives access to the speed-pick-ups of the turbine shaft and to the tie rods which connect steam- and gasturbine together.
Normally this hatch is closed and we were wondering why it's still open.
Normally the maintenance department should give notice when something unusual like this is open during the night.

Meanwhile Eldert and Raymundo are cleaning a small condensatefilter. All the filters in the condensatesystem suddenly had a high delta pressure, so they were clogged with a substance we don't know.
This is a small one but they also have to do a big one in the suctionpipe of the condensatepump.
The rest is for the maintenance department....
