Toots in Solitude

The Newfoundland

I thought this a rather sweet shot. I made of it what I could as the dog was in an awfully dark corner.

Today was a day for being covered in multitudes of the tiniest black beasties from the barley fields and I feel at times I looked a little crazier than usual walking along with the fidgets of trying to push away these almost unseen mites from various parts of my self. How can something so, so tiny make itself so present and tickly in a persistent way.
