The waterboys

In Shanghai tap water is highly not drinkable... pointless to say that drinkable/mineral water business is a good big business.

There are hundred of companies delivering any kind of water to your home: drinkable, purified, mineral, sparkling and so on and on.
Only a small number of these companies is reputable and reliable though: many times it has been found that companies were simply bottling tap water and selling it as drinkable.
Some have been caught other I think keep on with their dirty business.

What is amazing though, and this is applicable to all companies in this business, is distribution system: none or very little of the water companies own its own delivery network and door to door delivery is scattered among thousands of small one-man companies running back and forth to cover the whole city.

What is even more amazing is HOW they deliver the water and how they literally overload their small vehicles to maximize the profit: not only time is money, but in a city like Shanghai space it is even more so!!!
