Be Afraid?

I was standing on a street corner today in a pretty innocuous area of San Jose and this car came by. It stopped for a minute so I was able to get a couple of quick snaps. The camera gizmo on top of the vehicle was spinning around and it was pretty obvious that I was going to be in some form of mapping element on the Internet.

I did a little Google research and came up with this.
I'm not sure if I should be afraid or what. You tell me.
