Frosty Peas

Frozen peas have a strange, soft yet firm texture with a relatively chewy skin covering- I like to pop a few, one at a time into my mouth while I'm cooking.

Today I was busy preparing dinner and noticed they had a covering of snow-like crystals sprinkled across the top. By the time I got the camera the crystals were melting unfortunately but managed to capture the frosting.
