He's back

It's another Bootsy shot today as nothing leapt out at me in town. I suppose I could have got a shot at the union meeting but it never occured to me at the time.

Besides, I've been going through some good photoshop tutorials recently and there was one on lighting effects I wanted to try out. I don't have CS3 so I never followed it to the letter and, to be honest I was doing it from memory when I processed this image, but the rough basis for this image was this tutorial. As I said I don't have CS3 so I used a channel mixer layer set to monochrome rather than a black and white layer. It was really just a five minute mess around with it but I was quite pleased with the result especially since I'd had to use the onboard flash rather than any proper lighting.
