Why???

No, they aren't oversized glow sticks. They're lamps in a small park we drove past coming from Art Manila. It was a surprise to see so many of these kitschy lamps in a relatively small space in a city that (for the most part) lacks proper street lighting.

Mind you, these are the same beauties that line the main bloulevard.
