Summer for the moment
One of the wonders of West Cork is that you can have all four seasons in the space of 24 hours. This morning I was up early for a 25km bicycle ride to our favourite swimming hole. The clouds were very low and there was that misty rain that only happens here, it doesn't really fall so much as swirl around you. I was soaked through by the time I got home.
That was this morning, by lunch time the clouds had cleared and the afternoon was glorious, the breeze was fresh but not too much so.
This is what the view out West from my backdoor looks like when not viewed through a turquoise glass!!!!
