An inventive way to dispose of rubbish I'll give them that. Dropped the new van down to the garage this evening and walked along the Seafield cycle path with Corrie when I spotted this. Have you ever noticed though whenever there's rubbish it's always the same stuff. Tennents cans, McDonalds wrappers, cig boxes. We watched a guy the other day sitting in his car literally 5 yards from a bin stuffing his gluttonous face with McDonalds then proceed to just lob everything out the window. Personally iId fine someone 500 hundred pound for that or if not some kind of community service, maybe picking up litter. I HATE IT I HATE I HATE IT
