TUSCAN STREET SCENE - TEXTING WHILE DRIVING

Yesterday was blipfoto famine; today it was feast. There was the nun in white wafting past bikes, the scantily clad blond in contrast to the scorpionkiss Muslim woman yesterday, there were tourists, cameras held high in what looks like a form of worship, a woman leaning against a pillar reading while pigeons fluttered behind her and crowds walked in front of her but finally it came down to two. This one of the Italian father texting while pushing along his daughter who has just spied a pigeon in the square.

Then there was this one, a sight so compelling I just had to snap it. I really, really wanted to use it as today's blip, the devil urged me to do it, but virtue won out, almost. Too great a temptation for a passing blipper.
