courage

I was a wimp and only got as far as paddling at New Quay in Cardigan Bay. Mr B was brave enough to venture in for a proper swim. In other news, I fell in a piddly little stream and managed to soak my feet, making the last half of our 11 mile work a little uncomfortable - joy!
