Spring Promise

Took the boys down to the sports grounds at 6am for a run...

The tell-tale signs of Spring's gradual approach were visible all around us: No frost on the grass, an earlier sunrise, beautiful pink skies and no thermal underwear!! It's not even the end of July yet and I know we still have some way to go, but I'm looking forward to a glorious Summer all the same.

Soon this bare tree will be covered in young leaves and the grass will be green again... full of hope and promise and a symbol of the wonderful circle of life. (I'll be sure to blip the same shot again in Summer... "Before and After!")
