immediate care facility

I must have some bad energy surrounding me this summer. today was my second visit to an immediate care facility. In the morning I did some exercise at home and then after the top of my foot was hurting me, I waited to see if it would go away and it didn't just got worse. So, around 3pm drove to a close by facility.
My foot was swollen and hurting, the diagnosis was tendinitis. Xrays showed no fractures were it was in pain, but did show a recent fracture in my little toe, which was not hurting. Could not figure out how I got a fracture there, till later I remembered my fall on the street earlier this month. Could of happened then.
All will be ok in a few days with icing and taking things easy.
