Dublin Shooter

Looking down, 1

Not in a million years did I think I'd get a shot like this today. I woke to a murky morning, with quite dense fog engulfing the neighbourhood. It took a long time to clear, and even when it did it was still overcast.

I have a couple of clients to keep happy, one of whom I've promised will have a proof waiting in his inbox when he gets in to the office tomorrow morning. It's after 8.00 pm as I write this, and I still haven't done anything productive. I blame it all on Friday night and the continuing after-effects of a long day's socialising which began with the Tigraki encounter, but that's really only an excuse. Basically, I still haven't got my head back into work mode since coming back from Croatia, and I'm falling back into my old ways of putting things off. I'll be good, I will. As soon as I post this I'll grab a quick cup of coffee and then it's time to knuckle down.

Prevarication has also spread to shopping for grocery essentials (returning to my bad old bachelor fridge ways), so I was forced to drag myself out of the house to get in the makings of something to eat. Rather than shop locally I decided for some reason to go in to town and parked in a car park off Grafton Street. The sun had broken through the clouds for a brief moment when I got back to the car, so I whipped out the camera and got this shot of a rather cramped lightwell which is beside the car park building.
